IMPORTANT DEADLINES

The Call for Papers is open until June 12.

Once we have sent out the acceptances and rejections, we will publish the program in early August.

You will find your electronic ticket in your profile. You can download it there under "My event" and show it digitally on your smartphone. If you prefer a printout, we ask you to print your ticket at home and bring it with you. We will provide appropriate sleeves including a lanyard on-site.

During this time you will receive a briefing.

What do I need to bring as a speaker?

  • Please bring your presentation and your own laptop
  • an adapter if you are a Mac user!
  • adapter such as HDMI and mini-HDMI if necessary
  • as a backup: your presentation on a USB stick

  • Info: Apple and mini-HDMI adapters are not provided!
     

Wardrobe

You will find the checkroom in the entrance area of the NCC Ost. It will be staffed for the entire duration of the event. Lockers are available on Level 1 (in the Press Center) and Level -1.

Please upload your PowerPoint presentation via your profile as a PDF file with a maximum size of 10 MB by November 17 at the latest.
 
Log in to your profile at https://my.doag.org/ with your access data. Under the "Login" tab, you can log in with your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://meine.doag.org/resetpassword/. To register, please use the email address with which you registered for the AI NAVIGATOR or submitted your presentation. If you do not remember it, please contact office@~@doag.org.

After logging in, you can upload your presentation documents under "My Presentations". Please note that this will make your files publicly available.
